5 Day Safari with Nasikia Camps to Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti & Lake Manyara
This safari itinerary is recommended from November to April when we expect the migration to be in the south.
Arrival
4th February 2023: Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).
Once you have completed customs formalities and collected your luggage, please exit the airport building and then look out for our driver who should be wearing a black Team Kilimanjaro t-shirt and carrying a placard with your name on it, who will be waiting under a shelter for you at the meeting point outside. Our driver will transfer you to your hotel in Arusha for your overnight.
Your safari driver will come to your hotel at 1800 to brief you about the next few days events and to answer any questions you may have about safari arrangements.
Safari
5th February 2023: Your driver will collect you from your hotel at around 0900. Transfer to Tarangire National Park for game drive. Overnight within the national park at Nasikia Ndovu Tented Camp.
6th February 2023: Morning game drive in Tarangire National Park. Transfer via Ngorongoro Conservation Area to Serengeti's Seronera region for overnight at Nasikia Naona Moru Tented Camp.
7th February 2023: Morning game drives in the Seronera region as we search for Serengeti's permanent predator population.
Afternoon transfer to Lake Ndutu area, with game drives en route. Overnight at Nasikia's Mobile Migration Camp.
8th February 2023: An early start with breakfast boxes to Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the Crater for a game drive in hopes of witnessing the Big 5. In Africa, the Big Five is made up of the lion, rhinoceros, leopards, elephant and Cape buffalo. All of these animals are viewable within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, including the crater and are protected thanks to the wildlife conservation efforts of Tanzania.
Late afternoon transfer to Lake Manyara for overnight at Nasikia Mandhari Lodge.
9th February 2023: Morning game drive within Lake Manyara National Park. Late afternoon transfer to Arusha for overnight.

10th February 2023: Please be ready to be collected for your airport transfer from your hotel in Arusha at least 3 hours before your flight, to ensure sufficient time to check-in for your flight departing JRO.
