8 Day TK Lemosho climb with a 4 Day Safari to Tarangire, Karatu, Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater
This safari itinerary is recommended from November to April when we expect the migration to be in the south.
13th December 2022: Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).
Once you have completed customs formalities and collected your luggage, please exit the airport building and then look out for our driver who should be wearing a black Team Kilimanjaro t-shirt and carrying a placard with your name on it, who will be waiting under a shelter for you at the meeting point outside. Our driver will transfer you to Onsea for your 3 night stay in a twin-share room.
14th December 2022: At leisure at Onsea house. Please let us know whether you need any assistance with organising activities for this day. Perhaps a day trip to Arusha National Park.
Kilimanjaro
15th December 2022: Your chief guide will come to you at Onsea House for your pre-climb briefing on the evening of the climb, during which he will introduce himself, brief you on everything that will be happening throughout the duration of the climb, check any kit that you may have concerns over, issue any kit hire items that have been requested and he will also deal with any final pre-climb administration and answer any questions you may have.
16th December 2022: Your mountain guide and supporting crew will collect you from your hotel at approximately 0730 to transfer you to Kilimanjaro's Lemosho Gate to start your open 8 day TK Lemosho βAdvantage Seriesβ climb, finishing on 23rd December 2022.

23rd December 2022: We will collect you from Mweka Village when you finish your climb and will return you to Onsea House for your overnight stay.
24th December 2022: At leisure at Onsea house. Please let us know whether you need any assistance with organising activities for this day.
Safari
Optional: if requested, your safari guide will come to your hotel at approximately 1800, during which he will introduce himself, brief you on everything that will be happening during the safari, and answer any questions you may have.
25th December 2022: Your driver will collect you from your hotel at around 0730. Transfer to Tarangire National Park for game drive. Late afternoon transfer to Karatu for overnight at Marera View Lodge.
26th December 2022: Morning game drives via Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route to central Serengeti. Afternoon game drives in Seronera Region. Overnight and dinner at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge.
27th December 2022: Morning game drives in the Seronera Region of Serengeti in search of the Serengeti's permanent predator population. Afternoon transfer to Ngorongoro Crater rim for overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.
28th December 2022: Early morning descent into Crater for game drives in hopes of witnessing the Big 5. In Africa, the Big Five is made up of the lion, rhinoceros, leopards, elephant and Cape buffalo. All of these animals are viewable within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, including the crater and are protected thanks to the wildlife conservation efforts of Tanzania.
Afternoon return to Onsea House for dinner and overnight in a twin-share room.
