When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name or e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What do we use your information for?

The information we collect from you may be used exclusively for the purpose of processing transactions.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased service requested.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you initiate a booking with us and submit the personal information that we require in order to effect the requested arrangements.

Where third party payment processing is accessed via our website, all supplied sensitive / credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and who are contractually required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit card numbers, name and address details, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?

Yes, minimally - just to make the site features work.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not collect any information online from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older, except where a child is to be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian. Where the principal correspondent of a booking group wishes to include on their booking a person who is under thirteen years of age, required details will be requested by us via email correspondence.

As from March 2021, PCR testing (or rather, sample-taking) is now available at Seronera and Ndutu airstrips in the Serengeti. This facility has been implemented to prevent clients having to either curtail their safaris or dissect their safaris with a journey to Arusha or, more recently, Karatu (FAME Hospital), mid-safari - so as to satisfy the "less than 72 hours old" validity rule that most airlines are required to enforce.
